  • Barndominium Design
  • Shell Erection
  • Turnkey Construction
  • Consulting Services
  • 3D Design

Please note that all services beyond shell erection and concrete work will be performed by vetted and reputable licensed subcontractors, approved by The Barndo Company.

3. Payment Terms

Our payment structure is as follows:

  • 50% down upon signing the contract
  • 25% at material delivery
  • 15% upon completion of framing
  • 10% upon final completion

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Checks
  • ACH Bank Transfers
  • Other verified bank transfers

Payments are due on or before the agreed payment dates outlined in your contract. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in delays, penalties, or contract suspension.

4. Project Timeline

We strive to deliver projects in a timely manner. Our typical timeline is:

  • 6 weeks from the date of the signed contract to building delivery
  • Material delivery will be scheduled the week construction is set to begin
  • Construction schedules are subject to current availability and project load

Please note that timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, material availability, or scheduling conflicts.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customer responsibilities will be discussed during the initial 30-minute phone consultation and throughout the planning phases of the project. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, site preparation, permitting, and access to the property.

Failure to fulfill customer responsibilities may result in project delays or additional fees.

6. Warranties

  • The Barndo Company LLC and Schwab Builders do not provide workmanship warranties.
  • As authorized builders for Wick Buildings, we are trained to install materials to the highest standards.
  • Wick Buildings provides various warranties for materials, which will be discussed during the project planning phase.

For details on Wick Buildings’ warranties, please refer to the official documentation provided by Wick.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Design Errors: The Barndo Company LLC is not liable for errors in designs or plans provided by the customer.
  • Subcontractor Responsibility: We are not responsible for the performance of any subcontractors not vetted and hired under The Barndo Company.
  • Contractual Limitations: The Barndo Company LLC is not liable for any damages or issues outside the scope of work explicitly outlined in the signed contract.

8. Subcontractors

We may work with vetted and reputable licensed subcontractors to perform certain aspects of the project. Customers may also propose subcontractors, provided they are approved by The Barndo Company.

9. Insurance

The Barndo Company LLC maintains full insurance coverage to protect our business operations and projects.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, images, 3D designs, and other digital materials, is the property of The Barndo Company LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

12. User Conduct

Users of thebarndoco.org agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. Misuse of the site, including unauthorized access, attempts to disrupt services, or any illegal activities, may result in termination of access and legal action.
